  • A face to face meeting is arranged, this allows us to find out more about the company, the people and to discuss relevant vacancies in detail.
  • Gorilla offers a job description service for clients who do not have a prepared brief
  • Information sheets are also put together to provide candidates with client and vacancy information.
  • Relevant searches would be undertaken.
  • Before a CV is put forward the vacancy would be discussed with the candidate, this ensures the candidate has an interest and crosschecks the skills in relation to the specific brief.
  • All CV’s are e-mailed including a candidate profile outlining their aspirations, attitude, salary expectations and a personality overview.
  • Detailed feedback is gathered from both candidate and client after an interview.
  • Consistent communication is maintained with all parties.
